Our Purpose . . .

The purpose of AAP/CCEE is to identify and seek remedies for the root causes of poor student outcomes as they relate to test scores, college admissions, behavioral issues, drop out and suspension rates, and teacher performance.

It is also to educate and train parents, students, educators and the community to recognize the direct relationship between race, class, academic achievement and economics.

AAP/CCEE’s purpose is to increase the awareness of various environments of learning. Parents will become more actively involved in producing outcomes which yield higher educational achievement, and thereby higher future economic success for their students.

It is also to create opportunities for youth to realize their rights and responsibilities to hold administrators, teachers, law enforcement agencies, parents and the community, including themselves, accountable for improving the quality of education for all students.
